Thank God, since this country was founded on the belief that there is a God, our founding fathers gave us the opportunity to be heard on election day. Today is a day of reckoning for our "puppet politicians" being told how to vote on passing bills and laws; by the likes of "The Bilderberger Group" who's solo goal is to drive the American people into a third world country. There are over 358 homes for sale in Cherry Hill NJ. The average sale price in coming in close to $273,000.00. Most people are surprised to hear such good values can be found in one of the best school districts in America. There are many homeowners who are ready to sell extremey nice homes at current market prices. There is also dozens of vacant homes available. This past week I had just finished EXiT's "Personality Profiles" training........for the ninth time. That's right for the ninth time. After all we are in the people business. I had asked several associates to attend and hear o'so often; "I've been through that training before" and I am blown away that they would past on such training, regardless of how many times they went through it. And all of them, not going, are closing less then the ones who attend over and over. I am not advocating to go to training for the sake of saying you went to training. What … (0 comments)

I had just finished, this past week, a one day up sell class and a three day course offered by Darryl Davis of "Darryl Davis Seminars". The retail price being $1,497.00. We were offered a discount, of course, and I and four of my associates attended. In 1995 I had paid for and attended Joe Stumpt's "By Referral Only" training. As I had thought going into the training this time, I would know most of what was being offered, and I did. I did, however, picked up on a few new ideas that will be helpful and I met other agents.
