I was going through the numbers this past week and here is what I had found. The headline read to the affect of; "Homes Sales Drop 28%" from month to month sales for Sept. 2009 and Sept. 2010. Even though this is an improvement from Aug. 2009 compared with Aug. 2010 when home sale dropped 30% and so on and so on. So I think; Bad news is good news, right. Thank God, since this country was founded on the belief that there is a God, our founding fathers gave us the opportunity to be heard on election day. Today is a day of reckoning for our "puppet politicians" being told how to vote on passing bills and laws; by the likes of "The Bilderberger Group" who's solo goal is to drive the American people into a third world country. This depression was pre-meditated and executed perfectly. How do you "enslave a nation" without iron chains and whips? There are over 358 homes for sale in Cherry Hill NJ. The average sale price in coming in close to $273,000.00. Most people are surprised to hear such good values can be found in one of the best school districts in America. There are many homeowners who are ready to sell extremey nice homes at current market prices. There is also dozens of vacant homes available. These to include several "estate sale" properties, bank owned, relocation properties, etc. Mnay of these vacant properties will need some sprucing up however, these will return the highest return on investment. Spoke to DK today, one of our Associates. He just closed his third and fourth transaction in the past five weeks. Came to us from an other copmany. DK had shared that since coming into our company he realizes that the "dog and pony" show sounds and looks great but, closing deals is far more valuable. OK so, Dk brought in approximately $42,000.00 in fees however, there is so much more. At one of DK's closing today the seller nearly broke down and cried. DK handed the seller his proceeds check and seller stated that because of this check he will now have (0 comments)
