That's Right! I said it! I'm a licensed Real Estate Agent and wouldn't sell my own home as a FSBO! You just don't get the exposure! You don't get the qualified buyers! You don't get multiple offers! You don't know the questions to ask as far as the lenders, the qualifications, and so many other factors involved in selling a home! Ok, some will sell! I get that!
So Why? Is it Greed? Is it the distrust for Realtors? Is it that sellers think commissions are too high, especially if it's a quick sale?
