Why For Sale By Owners sometimes have difficulty selling their homes. There are many reasons. First, FSBO tend to dislike Realtors and feel that it is only about puttig a price on the home and Open Houses. Not True. Many home buyers are uncomfortable dealing directly with a Seller. Seller's are bias to their own home and push all of the great features that they love. Those may not be the features that a buyer is actually interested in. Secondly, make a couple of test calls both to the agent's cell phone and the office. Make the office call on the weekend and randomly to the agent. The agent should be able to respond within 2 hours to your call.
