open houses: Wine & Cheese Open House? Are You Out Of Your Mind?????

Lately, I have seen Realtors try great innovative ideas to draw buyers into open houses! But "WINE AND CHEESE"? The liability is substantial! Does the homeowner realize that if a visitor leaves the home, gets in an accident, they are at full risk for liability as well as the Realtor and the Brokerage Firm. Imagine an underaged person getting some wine? WOW! The bottom line is this.....If you want to sell your home, it needs to be in either A1 condition....priced to sell....in a good location....and stand out above the rest....
