Spring has Sprung! Snow hopefully a thing of the past! Hoer owners can now list their homes with a highly successful Realtor like Janet Larsen. There re is little inventory out there for buyers other then short sales which the banks have once again proven a failure. Prices listed at market value or below get rejected. Agents price them ridiculously low just to make their phone ring instead of looking out for a distressed sellers best interest and getting them priced more realistically with comparable homes. The 1st point I must make is, do not hire a Realtor who works another job to supplement their income! Would you use a doctor or attorney that needed a part time job? I wouldn't.
