prince: Royalty Building Update - Prince, Princess,& Duchess - Marco Island - 09/29/12 11:12 AM
For the Royalty Buildings, we are seeing improvements in the market even through the traditionally slow summer months.   The Royalty buildings are experiencing an increase in sales  and a decrease in inventory (14 <1/1/12-9/25/12> vs. 16 <1/1/11 to 10/31/11>).  There is also an increase in selling activity this summer (5/1/12-9/25/12) with 5 pending and closed sales in the Royalty Buildings versus only 2 in summer 2011 (5/1/11-9/25/11).
