broker open house: INTEGRITY VERSUS QUESTIONABLE ETHICAL CONSIDERATIONS

This is a response I made regarding a Blog discussion in Real Town's Real Talk. In the 32 years I've been a Realtor in the Lake Minnetonka area of Minneapolis, MN, I have always made it my priority to serve my listing clients by marketing their listings to the fullest degree and exposure to the most Realtors and prospects as soon as possible. I agree that it is nice to get both sides of the transaction, but those agents and/or Brokers, who make an effort (by various means) to sell it themselves or "in house" are doing a disservice to their clients, … (2 comments)
