Well as anyone selling a home has figured out for sure by now - we are in a slower market then we have seen in the past few years. So much of this is based purely on fear. The media scares everyone on a national level and causes them to forget that real estate should only be looked at on a local level - Example - Location, Location, Location - it is everything.
