I spent Saturday walking the land of Boitano Palms, the gated equestrian community under development in the Coachella Valley, and just minutes from the polo fields, horse show arenas and multi-million dollars residential enclaves in the desert resort cities of La Quinta, Indian Wells, Rancho Mirage and Palm Springs.  Boitano Palms consists of twenty-two 2-acre lots bordering Calhoun Street and 54th Avenue.

The views are incredible (photo was taken from one of the lots). The location is highly desirable and the developer is anxious to move the project forward.
