Sometimes it's best to shed the raincoat and enjoy the rain or morning mist as was the case when my sister and I visited Victoria Falls earlier this year.  While some people opted to take a few photos and take a shortcut, we hiked to the end of the trail sans the complimentary raincoat.  Did we get wet?  You bet. Will we ever forget the experience of water roaring, mist falling and yes, even the rainbow?  Not a chance.

customer centered service: Leading From the Middle in a Customer Centric Business Model - 10/07/11 08:12 AM
There are no awards on the walls of my office.  I have a box full, but they will remain in the box.  Instead of a wall of awards I elected to hang a large California landscape print above my desk when I moved to a new office (within the same company) in June.  To be honest, the painting gives me more pleasure than those awards I was always straightening in a compulsive "Monk" (TV show) sort of way.  A customer centric business is not about me, nor what I've done in the past, it is about doing my best for my clients right … (4 comments)

A sharp and savvy senior client lives alone (except for his caretaker). His son is a past client and mentioned his father enjoys a good game of chess.  Norma Toering & Team recently listed a vacant lot for this active and amazing senior, and during our meeting at his residence the subject of chess came up.  He was delighted to discover my son and business partner enjoys an occasional game of chess.
