A current seller recently asked for Norma Toering & Team's help in locating a single family home to lease on the Palos Verdes Peninsula.  His request prompted me to check the current inventory including the luxury lease market on the Palos Verdes Peninsula.

A Palos Verdes luxury lease can be hard to find.  Especially if there are specific requirements the property must meet.  While the supply of luxury homes for sale is plentiful, the list of luxury homes for lease is much smaller.
People in the market for a luxury lease have high expectations.  In Palos Verdes this usually means they want a view, a remodeled property and a prime location.  Often, a prospective tenant will call about an already leased property, so having up to the date information is critical in the lease market.

The summer months are popular months to lease a home in Palos Verdes.  It makes perfect sense as most families with children prefer to make the transition to a new home while the kids are on summer break.

Yesterday I had a call from a financial manager in Atlanta, Georgia requesting a list of luxury leases with ocean view for his client who wants to "winter" in the coastal area of Los Angeles County.  I thought I'd share the information with my readers.
Luxury leases currently available along the coast in Los Angeles County (south of LAX):
Palos Verdes Peninsula:  13 Luxury leases priced over $6000 per month are currently available.  Top asking price is $30,000 per month for a home with two bowling lanes and a host of other amenities!
