Dallas/Fort Worth foreclosure postings are down 12% year-to-date compared to 2010. The third quarter deadline has passed for the September foreclosure postings, which marks the end of the third quarter. This translates into an 11 Quarter LOW, according to reports by Foreclosure Listings Service, Inc. Dallas County is down 15%, Collin County down 13% and Denton County down 10% year-to-date compared to 2010.
