san diego 3 bedroom homes with pools: PENDING REDUX! 207 Woodland Pkwy 229, San Marcos, CA 92069

LIGHTNING does strike twice in the same spot if you work at it! We had this condominium under contract over a month ago and the unit did not appraise due to the financing source our buyer chose to use, a credit union. Advance the calendar to the present and once again, this same buyer with the encouragement of Sandy, has decided to try again with an expected improvement of the appraisal circumstances for several reasons. 1) There have been recent closed sales supporting the offer price for this unit. 2) The seller is very anxious to get it sold and was willing to compromise (76 comments)
Our buyers jumped with excitement when they walked into the open house the listing agent was holding on this turnkey, fully furnished condominium offering sailboat water dockage to residents. Two bedrooms, two baths, laundry room with full sized washer/dryer, even the flat screen T.V.s were included! Having been an active real estate broker for many years, when I see an exceptional value, I let my clients know. Fortunately, I had been working with these clients for years so the trust was already established. They knew I would represent their best interests at every (40 comments)
san diego 3 bedroom homes with pools: Is Hasenfeffer in your future?
- 04/16/17 06:44 AM
What better day than today to consider Hasenfeffer as a departure from the traditional Easter dining fare? As a young boy growing up in a traditional Italian-American family, this dish was never considered. If it didn't have tomato sauce included with some pasta; we didn't eat it. Today, with the diverse diets demanded by our multi-cultural base of citizens, I do see many stores carrying rabbit as an offering. Sure farm-raised, but it's still wabbit!
May I suggest this recipe Hasenfeffer?
Happy Easter to one and all!
And if all else fails; EAT PIZZA!

- 04/26/16 11:25 PM
As the scammers plying their nefarious trade on the 'net' become more bold, or perhaps in their minds, 'inventive' we need to be aware of the risks involved in the wire transfers our clients initiate in order to complete transactions. Clearly, here is a case of the government once again causing a detrimental reaction to their highly restrictive and pointless legislation. Perhaps, it is time for Congress to eliminate the laws on the books that stunt our economy, or are no longer relevant. No one ever said our Congressmen needed to be economists or real thinkers to hold office. (50 comments)
san diego 3 bedroom homes with pools: Home Improvements that Pay Off
- 11/30/15 08:17 PM
Just published by the California Association of Realtors® (CAR) this neat infographic depicting the results for a recent survey and report titled, "2015 Cost vs. Value Report" from Remodeling Magazine.
I believe these results echo what many of us already know.
Here is another InfoGraphic from the California Association of Realtors® and shared with you on CAR's approval. I am sure our Mortgage Associates and Professionals will agree with these findings and perhaps expand on it.
Right now, we have several potential buyers sitting on the 'sidelines' involved with many of these 'Taking Action' activities. Some will very soon be joining the ranks of new homeowners and we expect to be with them on every step of their journey. THANK YOU FOR READING AND COMMENTING ON OUR BLOG POSTS! (14 comments)
