Here is a very important blog post from them that spells out the simple truth of how devastating consumer credit card debt can be to so many people we encounter in our business and perhaps one of the primary reason why so many can't qualify for a mortgage loan.

Many clients are realizing sticker shock when they actually visit the homes that appeal to them, only to come to the realization that their perfect home is out of their financial reach. Certainly, it can be argued that the extreme level of additional government regulations imposed on the industry in the last few years is having a dramatic effect on this situation. The Affordability Squeeze is clearly having a profound effect on the decisions of sellers whether to upsell.
