I have just completed a two day training event located at Keller Williams Realty in Lubbock Texas; the training was lead by Rick Geha a well known instructor and real estate agent. This training was phenominal in the learning of scripts to work with both buyers and sellers. Even in a market where the national media spreads doom and gloom buyers are still buying homes and sellers are still selling homes.
