Colorado Springs Festival of Lights Parade - It's that time of year again, the holiday season is upon us and that means Christmas and Santa Claus cannot be far behind. One of the highlights of the Christmas season in Colorado Springs is the annual Festival of Lights Parade. This year’s 27th annual parade begins in downtown Colorado Springs on Saturday, Dec. 3, 2011 at 5:50 pm. The parade begins at the corner of Tejon and St. Vrain Street and proceeds south on Tejon to Vermijo Avenue.
