For most people $ is the "bottom line".  So why pay for your clients?  Lets explore this.  Realtors that use our services know that they save money on marketing and time on the market therefore,  "newsflash"---more money in your pocket.  We are finding that once a Realtor sees for himself the level of service and products that we use he is asking that every house be staged before listed.  Some realtor's approach their clients with the clients pay 1/2  and he pays 1/2 but at the end of escrow the clients get their 1/2 back.  This is beneficial in a few ways.  Everyone … (2 comments)

Time is always running out.  Between that first phone call, site visit, phone calls, paperwork, phone calls, site visit, more paperwork, more phone calls, trying to make sure the home is being prepared and ready for showing, you don't know if you are coming or going.
