va loans: Need VA Loan Resources/Education

Over several years of helping people with their real estate needs, I have never encountered a buyer purchasing with a VA Loan. Kind of strange as I am working in the state of Florida and I know we have thousands of brave veterans who have chosen Florida as their retirement location. I'm looking for some advice, resource locations and special tips from anyone who has experience with buyers utilizing the VA Loan. Thanks in advance for your valuable responses!
