The fact is that there are those people who come to you expecting a miracle. They either don't have the income to support a mortgage, they are too deep in debt, or they just don't have good enough credit. In a recent post I discussed Credit Restoration and stated that there are only three legitimate companies in the United States. I have been asked a couple of questions about that comment that I feel need to be addressed. Question one: How do you determine who is a legitimate company? This is a great question.
