(NCDOT) Transportation officials have approved a comprehensive list of proposed construction for the next 10 years that for the first time is based on a ranking projects according to their impact on a statewide, regional and local level. The 2016-2025 State Transportation Improvement Program includes nearly 1,100 projects that highway officials expect to support the creation of nearly 300,000 jobs in the state.
