The New Decade Greeted by the Dawn of Better Days on the Outer Banks. It seems like the entire country was counting the seconds to the end of 2009 and indeed the whole decade. Though there are some things we wish we could bring into the new decade, there is so much we were anxious to see go. Here on the Outer Banks we saw the end of the bleak news in the real estate market and 2010 brings signs of hope and promise. Do you agree a beautiful dawn is a sign of better things to come?
