The simple answer is "it depends."  It depends on your willingness and commitment to marketing your real estate business.  Podcast shows, postcards, Facebook posts, LinkedIn and all types of marketing will yield your real estate business 0% ROI if you don't commit and track your results.

Take your "Sales" hat off for a minute and put your "Friend" cap on.  Who would you rather do business with a friend or stranger? A stranger is who you are when you arrive to an appointment to meet a prospect. Your prospect is a stranger to you as well. Opening your world to prospects speeds up the getting to "know, like and trust" process. Which ultimately helps you get to the closing table faster.

Today I completed a video for a client. We pitched a property management firm on partnering with my client to provide his investors property management services, once my client's firm completes renovations. The video turned out well! Let's see if we get the deal!
