Lately the stock market has been big news and with good reason I suppose. For the rich this means the difference between buying that small island or that much bigger island. I don’t know what else to think about this case other than they must seriously be crazy. In fact I am definitely not trying to say anything bad about Re-max in general but this smells funny. If you read the story apparently they are suing a small local company basically for name infringement arguing that the two companies have similar logos. First of all the company in question is called rehava and remax is spelled remax. If you look at this in plain text do you see any similarities? The 2009 First Time Homebuyer ( $8000 ) Tax Credit For Buyers in the Eau Claire Wisconsin area This new tax credit is one of the biggest deals in real estate in many years. It certainly has great potential to heat up the market so to speak. I am busy contacting every buyer in the area who might qualify because this program is such a great deal.
