While they dont say what banks they work with most of the time, they are trying to come up with social media tiles and things that can be used to promote agents and their sales. This one is for having a sale in the month of January 2020. I have received rare emails over the years with banks that want to be known to be working with Res.Net that havent signed a non disclosure, I think it helps agents to know how many banks work with each platform as more and more platforms are used for less and less REO inventory lately … (0 comments)

I have renewed my Res.Net certification profile this year 2019. Res.Net is in the middle it seems of updates to the site, they have updated the listing agent side on offers tabs and how you relay the offers to the asset managers.They moved around where you find the executed contracts in the system too. There are still agents in my area that call for a walk through and questions on submitting offers that have never turned in an offer before and are new to making offers on REO properties Res.Net has been around along time I have been certfied with them for over … (2 comments)
