The company Smarter Agent filed a complaint against Zillow claiming that Zillow had committed patent infringement.
The lawsuit claims that these company was infringing on 3 of the patents they hold for mobile home search technology.

United States Patent No. 7,072,665 entitled “Positionbased

It was an interesting point this is from Inman coverage 62 page document,
