Yes, it was the year of the buyers market at The World's Most Famous Beach! The Marbella And buy they did, brand new condos directly on the ocean... at more aggressive pricing and lower interest rates.

Sales are still surprisingly strong for brand new construction in 2009 and here’s why: There are no more luxury condos being built on the World’s Most Famous Beach right now. I have been able to negotiate exceptional developer closeout pricing on the remaining units in the Palma Bella (12) and Bella Vista (11) with remaining units selling for less than pre-construction prices. In fact, several recent appraisals have been coming in higher than the actual selling prices, affording buyers instant equity!
