Did you know that every single task and every single documents has its own history record within SureClose?  The history icon is in the upper right hand corner (next to the delete icon).  It looks like a little clock with an arrow pointing backwards and down.  For documentation purposes within your file, this is amazing.  To be able to track on each document when it was filed, every single person that viewed it and when they viewed it, if any notes or modifications were added, who it was sent to and when it was sent.  I don't know about you, but … (3 comments)

Houston does not back up templates!  While all files, documents, tasks etc. are backed each day on the servers in Houston and Dallas, SureClose does not back up templates.  So, make duplicates.  We are in the process of figuring out the very best way to create back ups and I will update here when we figure it out.  In the meantime, someone suggest this to me and I think it is a great idea:
Duplicate each template and store the spare one at the bottom of your template list by putting a "Z." in front of its title.  This will drop it … (7 comments)
