I am sure many Active Rainers have heard about this but I wanted to bring it up in case others have not. The CLTA is offering a new tool on their website called Title Wizard, which allows consumers to compare title insurance providers. It will allow them to see what each company charges and pick their own title insurance provider based on that comparison. Now, I know that there are quite a few private comparison sites out there and I believe they offer a great service but they don't have the same PR and clout that the CLTA or the California … (2 comments)
