There is no doubt in my mind that the right garage floors help sell homes. True to stereotype, many home buyers go straight to the garage to see if the garage says “wow” – this is especially true of a certain gender of buyer – you know who you are! As an Orange County Real Estate Broker, I see it all – cracked oil stained garage floors, painted garage floors, and EPOXY GARAGE FLOORS that are made to look like granite.
