Yes it’s a good time for home owners to be selling homes in Orange County! In the current seller’s market we are seeing many sellers receiving offers over asking. In the current strong seller’s market, more than half of all listings are receiving multiple offers – many over asking. Low inventories combined with low interest rates are spurring buyer demand and prices are rising as a result. If you are a seller this is great news but there is a caveat. How many homes do California home buyers view prior to purchase? If you guessed 12 you are absolutely correct! According to the California Association of Realtors, buyers viewed a grand total of 12 homes before ultimately purchasing their homes in 2011. The number of viewings was down substantially vs. the previous 4 years. Of equal importance, real estate agents helped buyers find their home 80% of the time!

Providing best in class service is my goal and adopting a “do whatever it takes” philosophy is essential to ensuring that my clients are delighted.
