Evergreen, CO is a great mountain town just west of Denver. With its close proximity to the ski resorts and Denver it makes it a very desirable and sought after area for homes and real estate. Just like any area Evergreen is thought of as having a norht and a south. The north side is for people that commute to Denver or ski all the time because of its easy access to I70.
