We are back and have a good one for you… Coach and Ryan discuss an important aspect of the communication process with the buyer agent and/or the buyer’s lender. Our priority for our Short Sale Process comes down to this… in the following order… 1. Get a Short Sale Approval… Close the transaction 2. Buyer Issues 3. Deficiency and tax issues
