Every year in January I write my annual recap of Hampton Place Home Sales for the prior year, 2018 will go down as the year of "Sale Pending" no sooner than a home listed did it seem like it was under contract. If you haven't checked your credit score in a while, you may be in for a pleasant surprise. The 3 major credit reporting agencies have made significant changes to the way they report negative information.
The National Consumer Assistance Plan (NCAP) is an initiative launched by Equifax, Experian and Trans Union to make your credit report more accurate and to make it easier to correct errors on your credit report.
In the last 2 years over 8 million collections have been removed from credit reports and the average consumers credit score has risen 14 points.
