What a difference a year can make. In 2005 the new homes market in South Overland Park was booming, most builders carried an inventory of 5-10 spec homes (homes built on speculation) knowing that the home would sell before completion or within a very short period there after. Well in 2006 as we all know the market hit the skids, new home sales plummeted and new home construction came to a screeching halt. That year is making a difference again but in a good way. New homes construction bottomed out at the end of 2011 and the begining of 2012. While (0 comments)
