Eariler I wrote a post about the Hammond Organ I am wondering what TO-DO with. Every story has a part II, so as the saga continues here is the next part of my dilemma: Daughter-in-law has a piano she wants kept in the family, just not at her house. I would prefer to have the piano over the organ primary b/c it is important to Kelly and I like the wood finish on the piano vs the painted black console of the organ. I am going to make my post today about this Hammond. Back story is I was given this instrument by a friend who was moving. He had not 'played' in awhile but 'it works just fine'. I don't have to tell you how thrilled my Hubby was to get to bring it home. I don't really want or need an organ BUT..... I did play when I was younger and thought my sister might like to have this at her house for her girls. As a listing agent I often get to give my 2-cents opinion on what to 'DO' with the over flow from cleaning a property to sell or from a re-model project. I have a great place to share with my customers/clients. The Habitat for Humanity ReStore in Springfield, MO, accepts donations of new and used home improvement supplies, furniture and appliances. Feel free to jump in and give me a snappy title for my post. I have been snappy most of the day and not in a good way. (That is a whole another story) In our part of the lovely state of Missouri, the housing market is starting to see a rise in the number of properties being listed that have been foreclosures. For those that know me personally, you know that I am always looking for the tools I need to assist the clients and customers I care about. When Cheryl took the time to put into words an issue that is dear to my heart I had to re-blog it to 'spread the word'. This past month has been very busy for me.
