The Giveaway at Wolf Creek. Aspen - Homes as low as $450,000 (3000 sq ft ++ loaded with upgrades) Cottonwood - Homes as low as $425,000 (3000 sq ft ++ loaded with upgrades) Mahogany - Single Story homes as low as $495,000 (3100 sq ft on large lots) All homes are being slashed as the builders have had their standing inventory for 2 years now! I had a friend's dad who bought in Sequoia (courtyard homes) in 2005 and they still have not sold all the models (THEY ARE NOW PRICED 10% BELOW WHAT HE PAID)..
