Several weeks ago, I met a couple at one of my open houses on a cold and rainy day. During our conversations, the subject of property values came up (okay, down), and I suggested that they look into applying for property tax reassessment. I offered to assist and completed the application to have the property tax adjusted for the duplex that the woman bought three years ago. And yes, the property value has declined a bit.
