home buyers: How I use earlier blogs to help and educate new clients. - 11/30/13 05:03 PM
Blogs have a long shelf life. Update and Reblog.  What’s old is new again.

From time to time, when I start working with a client, there’s always something that I need to relay to them. Rather than creating new explanations, I have referred to some of my previous blogs. With some updates, the blogs are still applicable. And I share them either as links, or even as documents attached to emails.

Two days after we listed, I received three offers. The owner, again at her son's advice, said they will wait until after one week to see if other offers come. When none did, they tried to accept the highest offer which had already expired. … (10 comments)
