The listing still says active but you are telling me it has an accepted offer. Why? When a buyer is looking at listings that say they are active they are often surprised to find out from me that the listing has an accepted offer. Why is it still showing as active and can I still see it are the common questions I get after telling them of the offer. The listings in our MLS show as active until both the buyer and seller have signed an attorney approved contract which can take a month or more after acceptance. A buyer will … (3 comments)

Good snowy morning to all! As those who know me can tell you I am, first and foremost, about enjoying my 3 children. They are the joy of my life and I spend a lot of time running around taking them to lessons and school events. They all enjoy creative arts.
