I currently represent a new home builder, and have been a resale and commercial Realtor, as well as a title and escrow marketing manager. There have been some posts floating around concerning new construction,. The "commission" is actually a referral fee to the agent. The buyer can register with an agent via broker registration form, signed by the buyer and broker, attend contract signing, option appts. and site walks. Being on many different sides of this business, I want to lend the perspective to agents to please consider the new home builder in the same way you view any seller.
