We have been working with numerous buyers looking to purchase a home for sale in Albuquerque. With low inventory levels driven by historic low interest rates and the current forebearance that is in place for home owners, it has become challenging for FHA/VA buyers. Cash buyers and in some cases conventional buyers have more options at their disposal. A big one is the appraisal waiver. This is something FHA/VA can't accomodate.
