pineville louisiana real estate: TO SHUTTER OR NOT TO SHUTTER...that is the question!

Shutters are a pet peeve of mine... We all see them. Beautiful homes, new and old, in all price ranges, with a pair of shutters slapped up on the brick to the right and left of each window. I am proud to announce that I have once again earned the prestigous CENTURION AWARD from CENTURY 21 Real Estate Corporation. The CENTURION PRODUCER award honors CENTURY 21 System sales associates that earn $190,000 in sales production or 60 closed transaction sides within a calendar year. Since our average sales price in Central Louisiana is $156,000, I earned this award the old fashioned way.... helping one family at a time! Selling 60 properties in 2010.
