Well Here it is the recent sales price per square foot through October,2009 for Rancho Palos Verdes Single Family Homes in the 90275 zip code from homes selling at $1,000,000.00 and up. We are still headed for more recession issues because the next wave of Foreclosures is being released from the Banks but since we are on the Peninsula that Tsunami will miss us, but I am sticking with Fox.News and the prediction of a W recession..This is what I believe and we have not been wrong yet so we are still riding the wave of change!! I have been out showing property all day and my client has to miss out on 5 properties that sold before we came back to the office over the last 4 weeks. Every trip out by the time my client finishes the tour, the property he is interested in has sold before he has had time to write an offer. Luckily, there are still several great buys left this week. *Best buy of the week with the most potential for Ocean View Fixers this week and it is still available goes to priced at $929,000.00 just reduced.
