Rates are at all time lows & list prices are incredibly low! The conforming 30 year fixed rate and FHA loan rates are below 5%. Now is the best time to buy a home. You can get great interest rates, and get tax incentives for years to come. Why wait till later when the market might get better?? Not to mention the luxury of living in your own home!! Waiting means less tax advantages, living in an apartment or giving someone else a good tax advantage, when you can get them for yourself. Even though the media keeps telling us the sky is falling, there are some very intelligent clients out there who are stilling buying and selling homes. I just sold one of my listings with a cash sale. The buyers are very savvy clients who can pay cash in a challenging time. They know that they should not borrow way more money than which they are comfortable.
