Many homes were damaged by Irma, so that could be why Clay County real estate is not bouncing back as quick as Jacksonville. Clay County Fl Real Estate Market Report November 2016 Includes single family homes in Orange Park, Fleming Island, Green Cove Springs and Middleburg Florida We saw an increase of the month's inventory for November vs October of 2016. What does that mean? The amount of inventory has a major impact on how brisk the market is. Both months are showing a seller's market still, and it's normal to see a slow down during the holiday season.
