Looks like we have taken a step back in the months inventory level this October versus last year. An increase in the number of houses available in Clay County has caused us to move more towards (0 comments)

Clay County Florida Real Estate Market Report September 2013 Single Family homes in: Fleming Island ·Orange Park ·Middleburg · Green Cove Springs September 2013 September 2012 Active Listings: 1,104 Active Listings: 1,079 Sold: 198 Sold: 175 Months Inventory: 5.58 Months Inventory: 6.17 Average Price: 566,611 Average Price: 402,546 Very similar numbers as last year in September. We also see less homes sold in Clay County this month versus last month in August. With the increase in homes available, we see that we have moved closer to a more balanced market.
