Should The Listing Agent Handle All Showings Calls For their Jacksonville Florida Listings? I recently read a post about an agent, who makes his own showing appointments for his listings, instead of his office. He felt that was better, because he could offer more information to the agent making the showing appointment, promoting his listing more. While I believe the listing agent is the most knowledgeable about his/her own listing, when I'm the showing agent, trying to make 5, maybe 10 showing appointments, I don't want to hear more info!
