If you live in an age restricted community or are about to retire, take a look at this show that premiered last night. This senior citizen reality show is filmed in Surprise, AZ, Sun City, Sun City West and Sun City Grand communities. I laughed through the whole show because it is real life in my own backyard! The retirees do things that are on their bucket list like sky-diving, hot air balloon rides, shooting range, and of course, romantic situations. Check it out here: Sunset Daze on WEtv

Next post on January 9, Questions for Brokers, I asked who was involved in discussions about this product rollout. The iPAD was announced today by Steve Jobs. Still in his black turtleneck and levis, he captivated everyone at the event and all of us at home watching on UStream or some other horrible small screen transmission. But, we listened to every word. Twitter was very quiet, Facebook was quiet, it seemed that everyone was glued to his every word.
