This Nanaimo family home sold in just one day for $6,000 over asking Price! The owners were thrilled as they had been transferred to another town and had to leave in two weeks. In addition, they had three young children and keeping a listed house in spotless condition for ANY length of time when you have young ones is next to impossible.
